Our new patient coordinators will explain the steps involved in becoming a patient and help arrange your first appointment. Please note: when immediate care is required, we strive to accommodate new patients within 24 hours.

For second opinions

To help our specialists provide you with the most information during your second opinion consultation, please obtain the following materials in advance of the visit if possible (if unable to send in advance, discuss with patient coordinator scheduling the appointment):

  1. Medical Summary – include any cancer therapy received to date
  2. Medical Records, especially pertinent labs, radiology and pathology reports
  3. Original pathology (slides, tissue block if available) with reports
  4. Radiology studies (original scans on a CD) with reports

Physicians who are referring patients for Leukemia, Lymphoma, Solid Tumors, Brain Tumors, Stem Cell Transplant or Blood Disorders should call:
